The Platform is operated by GA SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, registered at Trend India Business Centre, 5th Floor, B-Wing, HM Towers, Brigade Road, Bengaluru-560025, BENGALURU, KARNATAKA, 560001, India (GSTIN 29AAECG4889L1ZS). Where these terms say "we", "us" or "the Platform", they mean that entity.
The Platform is used by organisations ("Institutions") who publish courses, and by individuals ("Learners") who take them. Where you use the Platform as a member of an Institution, your Institution's own rules also apply to you, and they control your account, your enrolments and your data within their workspace.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it.
- One account is for one person. Sharing credentials so that several people use one paid enrolment is a breach of these terms and may end the enrolment without refund.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or is used to disrupt the Platform for others.
3. Courses and content
Course material is owned by the Institution or instructor that published it, or by their licensors. Buying a course grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access that material for the stated access period, for your own learning.
- You may not copy, republish, resell, sub-licence, record or redistribute course material.
- You may not remove or obscure any watermark, attribution or protection applied to material served to you.
- Where a course states a duration or an access period, access ends when that period does.
- We may update, correct or withdraw course material. If we withdraw a course you have paid for and you have not substantially completed it, the refund policy below applies.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are shown in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the checkout page.
- Payments are processed by CCAvenue. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials at any point.
- Your enrolment is confirmed once the payment is confirmed by the gateway. If the gateway reports a payment as pending, your enrolment is confirmed when it settles.
- If a payment is taken but no enrolment appears, contact us with the transaction reference and we will resolve it — either by granting access or by refunding in full.
- Prices may change. A change never affects a purchase already completed.
5. Subscriptions
Institutions may buy a subscription to the Platform. Subscriptions run for the term shown at purchase and do not renew automatically unless the plan says so. Changing plan mid-term credits the unused whole days of the current term against the new one; the calculation is shown before payment.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not upload or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that contains malware.
- Do not attempt to gain access to accounts, tenants or data that are not yours, or to probe, scan or test the security of the Platform without written permission.
- Do not use automated means to scrape, download in bulk, or mirror course material.
- Do not use the Platform to harass other users or to send unsolicited messages.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, and we will give notice where the suspension is planned and material.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or goodwill, or for the accuracy or fitness of course material published by an Institution.
10. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the revision date is shown at the top. Where a change materially reduces your rights we will give notice through the Platform before it takes effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at BENGALURU, KARNATAKA have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
