nhance lms sells access to online courses and to the Platform itself. Nothing physical is shipped — everything is delivered electronically, to your account, immediately on payment.

- Course purchases. Access is granted automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed by the gateway — normally within a few seconds. The course appears under "My courses" and can be started straight away.
- Subscriptions. The plan is applied to your workspace as soon as payment is confirmed, and the new limits take effect immediately.
- Confirmation. A receipt and an invoice are issued to the email address on your account, and are available to download from your Purchases page.
If a payment is still settling
Some payment methods — net banking and certain UPI flows in particular — confirm a few minutes after you return to the site. When that happens your order shows as pending, and access is granted automatically the moment the gateway confirms. You do not need to pay again, and you should not: a second payment will be refunded as a duplicate.
If access does not appear
If money has left your account and the course has not appeared within 30 minutes, contact INFO@GASOFTTECH.COM or [SUPPORT PHONE] (Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00 IST) with the transaction reference from your bank or from the gateway. We will either grant the access or refund you in full — see our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Geography and physical goods
- Courses are delivered over the internet and can be accessed from anywhere, subject to any restriction the publishing Institution sets.
- No physical goods are dispatched, so there are no shipping charges, no delivery partners and no tracking numbers.
- Certificates are issued digitally. We do not post printed certificates.
